Q2. How do I know if I have the relevant software on my computer?

A2. If you can see the dog wagging his tail then you have the correct software. If nothing is moving you'll need to download the Flash Player which is free. This is easily done by following the steps from the BBC Webwise help section.

Q3. I've installed the Flash Plug-in, but I can't hear any sound. Why?

A3. Check volume control is set correctly on computer. Click on yellow icon - see bottom right-hand corner of screen. Look for volume control, and use the lever to adjust volume to the correct setting. Ensure mute button is not ticked.

Q4. How can I scroll quickly up and down the page in the Seaside Activity?

A4. Use the gray scroll bar - extreme right of screen.

Q5. How can I see more on screen to prevent unnecessary scrolling?

A5. Remove top navigation bar, by pressing the F11 key. To reinstate navigation bar press F11 again.
