The new series of Blast on the Box is finally here! The many talents of all the young people who have created masterpieces with Blast in the last year will be hitting your screens from Tuesday 29th September for four weeks. Blast has a whole new look and Series 4 is your first peek at our spanking new visage!

The new series features everything from a live music programme to fashion design and zombie film-making so take a look at the info below and make sure you don't miss out on one of the most exciting years in Blast history!

Programme 1: SOUNDSTAGE
Tuesday 29th September, 2009 - BBC 2 Northern Ireland - 11.00 - 11.20

A team of young people produce, present and perform in a live studio-based music show. They learn the skills of a camera operator, sound engineer, floor manager and make-up artist. Liked the music? Check out the playlist here

Programme 2: FASHION & ART
Tuesday 6th October, 2009 - BBC 2 Northern Ireland - 11.00 - 11.20


Would-be fashion designers turn no-frills materials into high fashion to feature in a real fashion shoot. Young Dunclug residents re-imagine a neglected underpass. Check out the playlist here.

From the latest blockbusters through zombie horror to old style Super 8 films, young people have a go at all aspects of film production, working with various industry experts to create their films. Check out the playlist here

Programme 4: SeasHELL HOTEL

The National Deaf Children's Society make a psychological thriller set in the 1950s. The young people were involved in all aspects of camera work, art direction, set dressing, acting and sound recording. Check out the playlist here
