Where/Why did you start surfing?
Lessons and renting boards from Troggs in Portrush, then bit
the bullet and bought my own. is this a mid life crisis?
Any surfing honours, comp wins
etc?
eh, no not yet, my sponsor is grooming me for some big event
next year. He says I'm the Lewis Hamilton of the surfing world.

And so it should be, we have waves (I won't mention the weather)
and we should use this resource. If it gets people away from the
playstation or Fair City and into the sea getting fresh air and
exercise I say its a good thing. Beginners should be taught in
the popular safe spots and the pros can head off to their secret
spots.
