Anything To Declare?

After attending a number of third level educational establishments and working in various jobs, such as managing an Army and Navy Surplus store and clerking in the Rates Office, I eventually got a degree in Irish from NUU in Coleraine.

I spent what looked like a wasted youth singing and listening to music but it turned out to be great training for my current job.

I started broadcasting on Radio Foyle in 1984 with “Mullen’s Folk” and, after a short break to work as a producer, I started presenting Caschlár in 1990.

Texter, John: You should do a piece on the so called investment that never happened. I'm fed up with all this pie in the sky. Nobody is doing nothing about it. Derry is becoming a failed entity never mind the politics of this place.
