City of Derry Jazz Festival

BBC Radio Foyle celebrates all things jazz during the City Of Derry Jazz and Big Band Festival. Radio Foyle will be featuring some of the very best artists in live sessions. Tune in to the Mark Patterson show every afternoon from 3pm to 5pm, from Monday 26 to Friday 30.

 

Since 2002 the event has developed into one of the leading annual music events in Northern Ireland. It will feature the best of international, national and local musicians from the worlds of Jazz, Swing & Jump Jive, Blues, Big Band, Salsa and Dixieland - and a few big names like ex Rolling stone, Bill Wyman, and his group the Rhythm Kings.
