Peggy is calling for a neighbourhood watch scheme to be introduced in her beloved Elmwood Street in Derry, after she was on the receiving end of a series of antisocial incidents. She said she was nervous about staying in the street where she was born. She spoke to Mark Patterson, while she was staying with her friend, Pat, and showed him the latest damage done to her car.
