Many councillors in Derry say that they remain opposed to introducing ASBOS as a way of tackling anti-social behaviour. The issue reared its head again yesterday at a meeting. It provoked much head-scratching but produced no consensus when it previously came up for consideration, in February 2008.

Teresa Craig's been speaking to young people and residents in Rosemount who have used mediation as a way to address the problem.
