“My experience as a
live multi-camera director in both studios and outside Broadcasts,
has taught me that the best way to get on in the business and to ensure
the job is done well is to surround myself with talented people, and
then take all the credit.
Colin is one of those people that I like to surround myself with.
He takes his job seriously, yet conducts himself with an infectious
light-hearted manner.
I like the fact that he often calls me before a shoot day as he has
thought of something to make the job go better. In discussion over
the best crew for the job or the best equipment, I always take his
advice.
He has a talent in being able to tread the sometimes difficult path
of representing his crew members, looking after their interests or
dealing with their grievances and yet still maintaining the sense
that he is acting in the best interests of me, as the Director and
the show.
I look forward to my next project with him at the helm of the camera
crew.” -Stephen Stewart, GreenInc.
