FLIGHT
FIASCOS
This week On Your Behalf we’re dealing with listeners’ flight
fiascos.
The man who flew all the way to China for a university graduation ceremony
– but his luggage didn’t!
The partially sighted woman who’d told the airline she needed help
flying to Manchester for a family funeral. She was left till 3 in the
morning waiting for a cancelled flight. Where do you stand when the airlines
let you down?
If you have a complaint about an airline you should contact the Air Transport
Users Council (AUC) is the UK's consumer council for air travellers.
