BUILDERS' VANS

Builders and labourers more often than not travel to work in the back of a van with a sometimes hastily thrown together seating arrangement, not only are they taking their lives in their hands by wearing no seatbelt, also, the chances of them being insured are fairly non existent.

However the police say this practice is not strictly illegal. Confused? We spoke to the police about this matter.
