Identity cards have been a
hot talking point this week – an opinion poll says most people
would be happy to carry one. And it seems whatever you do, wherever
you go, you are required to prove by photo ID who you are.
And if you want to vote at the European Elections in June you’ll
need not only photo ID, but be registered to vote – who can
