COD LIVER OIL

It seems Granny was right – Cod Liver Oil is not only good for you, but even better for us than we thought.

The first clinical study on humans has just been carried out and the results are impressive. Scientists say it is so effective it should be hailed as a natural wonder drug! And have called for people as young as 20, to start taking a daily dose.

On Your Behalf heard more from Professor John Harwood of Cardiff University, one of those leading the research.
You can hear this interview again via our on demand service.

Your Comments
• I was told that if you take cod liver oil tablets in capsule form it can make you put on weight!

• I took cod liver oil in milk for years to prevent arthritis – it didn’t do me any good as I am now crippled with arthritis and am housebound.

• A Kesh man says – I take a swig in the morning – is this too much!
