| Six Quick Writing Tips
- Jump into your story quickly - don't dawdle.
- Use dialogue sparingly - it's hard to read on
radio.
- A fancy passage with lots of adjectives and
adverbs that you love to bits is probably an indulgence. Murder
your darlings
- Don't fake emotion - it always shows.
- Write about stuff you're not really sure you
should let other people know about. That's often where the best
stuff is - deep down.
- Ignore all advice if it gets between you and
good writing!
