Potato Bread

 

500g cool mashed potato

1 teaspoon salt

Pinch sugar

200g plain flour

 




 

Mix everything together and roll out to about 1/2 cm thick and cut into desired shapes.
Smear a pan with a little oil and cook the potato bread until golden on each side.
Repeat with all the dough.
Eat straight away smeared with butter or fry in the pan with bacon or butter.
