Step 1
Double click on ‘My documents’.
Step 2
On the left hand side bar click on ‘Make a new folder’.
Step 3
Call it ‘My lovely photos’.

Step 4
Move the photos onto your computer by plugging the USB cable from your camera into your computer.
Step 5
Plug the narrow part into the camera.
Step 6
Plug the wider end into the computer.

Step 7
Think of your camera as a storage device. It’s just like a CD or a memory stick.
Step 8
Each make of camera is different; if the computers recognises the camera as a hard-drive a bubble will appear on the right hand corner of the screen stating ‘Found new Hardware’.
Step 9
Otherwise set your camera to transfer mode: its playback or PC setting.

Step 10
Select the images and start moving the pictures from your camera to the computer. If a Wizard pop-up appears follow the steps.
Step 11
Browse the folders and save it to ‘My lovely photos’.
Step 12
Otherwise click and drag the images you want to keep.

Step 13
Open your email and attach photos by clicking on the paper clip symbol.
Step 14
Browse through your folders and find ‘My lovely photos’.
Step 15
Select the photos you want to send and click insert.

Step 16
Email all your friends your holiday snaps.
