DELIVER THE GOODS?

BBCi's writersroom
The BBC receives around 10,000 scripts a year. Find out how you can make yours stand out from the crowd!

Formatting Scripts
Whether you're writing a screenplay or a radio comedy sketch, you should format your script correctly. BBCi's writersroom provides you with PDF examples of how to format a screenplay, TV drama, sitcom, Radio drama, Radio comedy & sketch, Stage, or Comic book.

Get SCRIPT SMART
No matter how brilliant your writing is, a producer won't read it unless your presentation's up to scratch. The BBC's Script Smart tool is a set of Microsoft Word templates writers can use to format their scripts using industry-recognised layouts.
