AID TRIP

Aid tripTá Lughaidh Mac Giolla Bhríde ag obair mar paramedic le deich mbliana anuas agus nuair a bhuail Karen Kirby isteach air ag an deireadh seachtaine, bhí sé ag déanamh réidh le himeacht go Malawi san Afraic chun bunchúrsaí leighis a theagasc do phobal na háite ansin.

Lughaidh MacGiolla Bhríde is a paramedic based in Cookstown in Co. Tyrone who has signed up to make an aid trip to Malawi this week. Lughaidh's trip will take him to those who are in need of training in good medical practice and in creating a better quality of life for themselves. Karen joined him at the weekend while he was getting ready for the trip.
