The Family Appeal is a joint venture between The Salvation Army and the Society of St Vincent de Paul, supported by BBC Northern
Ireland.
The Appeal collects and distributes Christmas toys and
gifts for families in need across Northern Ireland.
All gifts must be new and unwrapped and sustainable for children and young people from tiny tots to teenagers.
Family gifts of board games and tins of sweets are always welcome and teenagers always appreciate gift tokens, CDs and toiletries.
In order to enable the charities to pack and distribute the gifts in time
for Christmas, we would ask that all gifts be left at collection points
by Monday, 15 December 2008.
