Synopsis

The atmospheric music featured on Gunpowder, Treason and Plot added much to the drama.

   

Mary Queen of Scots

The incidental music was composed by John Keane for Gunpowder, Treason and Plot. The publishers are Box TV/BMG and, at present, the music is not available to purchase as a recording.

Ziz-O Mama Cata Mine, composed and performed by Romanian traditional musician Grigore Lese, was used at the end of Mary Queen of Scots. Other music played by Grigore Lese included Nu Gandeasca Tat Omu and Trimas-O Imparatu Carte. These pieces were composed specially for Gunpowder, Treason and Plot however other music by Grigore Lese can be bought from www.decorated-eggs.ro
