footnotes "ar" (on) affects the next word when it's a person / a place / a thing, dunking a "h" after the first letter e.g. "tósta" = toast, but "ar thósta" = on toast

Soup is "sú" in the northern dialect or "anraith" in the others. Colin prefers "sú" because it's shorter!

"blasta"/"an-bhlasta" = very tasty / delicious.
"maith" = good
"an-mhaith" = very good
