footnotes To say 'Sunday evening', all you have to do is put "tráthnóna" (evening) before "Dé Domhnaigh" (Sunday) and say "tráthnóna Dé Domhnaigh". Similarly "maidin" (morning) before "Dé Domhnaigh" (Sunday) would mean 'Sunday morning'. Simple!
