School Reunion   The date for Suzan Manning's school reunion has arrived and its time to show off her new figure. The Rowers head to Prague for their Big Event racing in the World Master's Championship and the Adrenalin Rushers find out the route they must take to complete the 300 mile race.
Michael Bell's Big Event   This week Michael Bell had his chance to prove the experts wrong when he tackled his Big Event - a Moune Mountain walk that takes in 12 peaks in 12 hours. Plus slimmer Suzan Manning makes her target weight and the Rowers decide who should go to Prague.
Big Event Rowers   The rowers get put through their paces by a professional coach, Michael Bell finally makes time of a bit of Mountain walking and Boxer Martin Rogan is ringside at the Ulster Championships Final. Plus Suzan's training regime is stepped up again.
Boxing   This week is crunch time for boxer Martin Rogan. He must beat an opponent 12 years his junior in the qualifying round of the Ulster Championships. If he loses his dream of going to the Commonwealth Games will be over. Meanwhile Michael Bell seems to be finding it hard to stick to his diet and training programme.
Dr Kathy Fulcher   The 'Eventers' are now well into their training regime. Some are taking to it naturally, whilst for others training is proving rather more challenging than they first thought. Mountain walker Michael Bell seems to be avoiding his training all together, an issue that is concerning fitness expert Dr. Kathy Fulcher.
Suzan Manning

The Big Event follows five groups of people as they strive to tackle a challenge that has always eluded them. Over the next seven weeks we'll follow their progress and watch as these ordinary people really do extraordinary things. Pick up the story from the beginning.
