Belfast Flaxworks
Helena Blunden haunts the former linen mills of Belfast Flaxworks.
She spent her life working there and legend has it that one evening
after work she tripped over a mop left on the stairs. She fell over
the banister and hit the cement ground. Her screams have been heard
by the print shop that now occupies the mill. Her presence is also
felt in an elevator that was installed in 1912 - the very year she
died. Helena has been seen by a Webcam that was installed in the
linen mill in 1998 - it can be found at www.irelandseye.com/ghost
