The Audience Council is committed to ensuring that the views, needs and expectations of audiences in Northern Ireland are represented at the heart of the organisation, where key decisions are made.

Our ability to do this depends very much on the willingness of members of the audience to engage with us and share their views about BBC services.

There are a number of ways you can participate:

Join the Audience Council
We recruit regularly for new members. Anyone over the age of sixteen is eligible to apply. Find out more here>>

Events
We organise a range of outreach activities throughout the year in different parts of Northern Ireland. We publish details of forthcoming events on our website.

Consultations
The BBC Trust consults the public to inform many major decisions, such as proposals for new services or reviews of existing ones. We signpost the consultations on this website so that you can take part directly or let the Audience Council know your views.

Send us your views
You may prefer to send us your views about issues that are of importance to you, and perhaps audiences across Northern Ireland, through our Have Your Say web form.

E-zine
We can also keep you up to date with news about activities and impact on Trust decisions through the Audience Council's e-newsletter. You can sign up to the newsletter here>>
