Dutch maestro and author of 'Exceeder', DJ Mason opens his heart to you, in a virtual manner. The main man of Great Stuff records gives his top five tunes to ATL Online, below... 1. Alloy Mental - God Is Green, Phil Kieran mix (Skint) Damn such a nice bouncy track. The original is cool too - but the Phil Kieran is the one that's the funkiest in my opinion. 2. Mazi & Duriez - This Is Not A Follow Up (CDR) The French are on a roll. Brique Rouge has been one of my favourite labels throughout the last year, and Mazi & Duriez are back with this fine piece of techno/electro? Dunno, but it makes me wanna get a French passport. 3. Pryda - Rymd (CDR) Ok you must have been living in a cave if you havent heard of Mr. Prydz, but he just keeps on bringing quality dancefloor material, and Rymd is just, well, no exception to the rule again. 4. The Screetch - The Screetch, Original Mix (Great Stuff) What a ridiculous track - the writer must have some serious issues - but great stuff as always. 5. Blue Foundation - Sweep, Jim Rivers mix (Renaissance) Jim Rivers seems to have the mission of making trance cool again, in which he easily succeeds. Although nobody uses the T-word for historical reasons, this remix is again a great anthem from his side. | ||
