Weapons of Dancefloor Destruction
Dibby Dougherty
He featured on this ATL Dance New Music From Northern Ireland and is about to kick-start a brand new night Jolt at Masons in Derry on September 14th with Louis Osbourne, Dibby Dougherty reveals his top five tunes of the moment...

1) Justin Martin - Night Owl (Manoo and Francois A mix) (Buzzin Fly)
Manoo and Francois A do a great job on this future classic from the man who brought us The Fugitive, deep atmospheric house at its best. Catch Justin Martin soon @ Zutehk, Derry.

2) Neil Quigley & Nick Muir - Feedback From The City (Urbantorque)
Nadin Khouri on vocal duties, proving to be a reliable dance floor groover, with plays recently from John Digweed. It shows that this UK based label are consistent in releasing the very best in house cuts.

3) Dibby Dougherty - Lava Drop (Jigsaw Records)
This is one of my tracks to be released in the next coming months on Jigsaw Records, a new label based in California... It's a sweaty tech house track with some glitchy drums and some gnarling riffs.

4) Jim Rivers - For My Need (Saw records)
This man is on fire these days, a top player producing alongside Paolo Mojo at the minute, I have been playin this release from Satoshi Tomiies label for a while and always does the business, watch out for Mr Rivers at Jolt! in Derry this November folks.

5) Karran & Porter - Zutehk (CDR)
Dave Karran from Switchkraft and Stephen Porter (Poison Dwarf) are now 'Karran & Porter'... and they are hot! With releases only on records and brown eyed boyz soon these guys are on their way up the ladder... This is a more deeper track than what they usually produce, it has a nice old skool buzz and the bass line with shake any speaker, I'm sure it will be picked up by a great label soon.
