Oasis are to headline Slane 2009 on Saturday June 20th, they revealed at a press conference at the historic castle today. Rigsy caught up with Noel and Gem, as well as the lord of the Slane manor, for a wee yarn about the whole palavar, which you can watch in the window above.

The following week the band were in town for two dates at the Odyssey Arena, and Rigsy grabbed the chance to chat to Noel about a fair few things, including his take on the furore over the infamous incident on Russell Brand's Radio 2 show, on which Mr. Gallagher was a regular guest.
