Don't roll the dice with your dance music decisions. Let the ATL Six Pack chase you in the direction of the choicest cuts according to one dance afficionado after another... Tocadisco - Morumbi (Superstar) I love Tocadisco and Superstar, so this was bound to be up my street. Listen at ear-bleeding volume on a large P.A. for maximum enjoyment. Kings Of Leon - My Party, Chad Hugo & Kenna Mix (RCA) The new Kings Of Leon album is great and this mix means you can slip a bit of K.O.L. into a hip hop or electro DJ set without it sounding to weird! Deadmau5 - Vanishing Point (Play) The coolest producer in house right now delivers another quality track. Dirty bassline at the start, but shimmering chords come later making a really uplifting track. Androc - Citydeluxe (White) Clone Quartet main man Andy Henry comes up with a very engaging piece of electro here. Very DJ-able, sounds very now. Peplab - E.T. (3beat) A groovy, start-of-the-night house tune with a really nice melody. Always brings a smile to my face. Herve - Cheap Thrills (Dubsided) Rumoured to be now sucked up by a major label, Herve turns a cheesy MJ sample into a filthy essay in underground house music. | ||
