Lafaro, a self-made 4-piece alternative rock juggernaut, have been razing Belfast to the ground with their remarkable live performances for almost 5 years, but can only now be considered to be hitting their stride. Their sound could be described as a punch up between Big Black, McLusky & Little Richard, but somehow escapes direct comparison. Consistent touring and successive releases have done nothing but sharpen the edge on their sound, with recent tracks such as 'Leningrad' & 'Mr Heskey' being hailed as their best.

Lafaro return to The Stiff Kitten following a blazing performance opening for Not Squares at a special Radio 1 showcase in the venue earlier this year. This show, their first headline slot in the venue, comes with support from fellow North Coast comrades Team Fresh & Strait Laces.
