The Duke is fast becoming musical royalty in this part of the world. You can't help but love the dreadlocked ivory tinkler, and we here at ATL fell for him a long time back. You can enjoy the fruits of our long association with the man and his band right here with a trip through some of the audio and visual appearances they've put in for us over the years.

Most recently, Rigsy chatted to him about how he planned to keep his music career at the same level without the crutch of a record label. Before that, we caught up with him on the steps of the Custom House in Belfast for the Belsonic festival in 2009, and beside the crazy golf backstage at Oxegen that same summer. Previously, there was a performance of 'Diggin' An Early Grave' from ATL's celebration of the re-opening of the Ulster Hall in March 2009, along with a quickfire 60 second interview at the same venue, but we've also filmed him rehearsing for a UK tour with the Divine Comedy to an intimate gathering in Auntie Annies.

Oh, and chatted to him at Electric Picnic and the Waterfront Hall before he took to the stage with the Ulster Orchestra (we filmed a song there too), had him into the ATL TV studio to record a song and have a chinwag, and dropped the cameras altogether to record an audio-only session at the Empire Music Hall in Belfast (one from the archives that). Phew!
