The
judges have made their final decision and the Write '04 awards
have been handed out.
Write
'04 attracted 334 entries from all over the world. Most were
from Northamptonshire, but we also received submissions from
five continents: countries included Australia, the United
States, Bulgaria, India, Nigeria and the Republic of Benin.
Love to hate
The
subject matter varied - from birth to death, love to hate,
living in the past to living in the future. We had tales of
cricket, rugby, football, skateboarding, ghosts, aliens from
outer space and catchicks (a cross between cats and chickens)!
We had poems to make you laugh and stories to make you cry.
