Paul has worked all over the East Midlands BBC Region and came to Northampton 5 years ago as a Sports Reporter.

Gadders got bitten by the radio bug after a spell in Hospital Radio at Nottingham, and started his career as a phone answerer at BBC Derby in the late 80's.

Paul was offered freelance work as a programme assistant, and then moved onto BBC Radio Nottingham in the 90's to work in Sport and general programming.

Meanwhile he was also freelancing at Leicester and Stoke producing and presenting programmes.
