On Saturday 29th November, staff and presenters at BBC Radio Northampton gather at Wicksteed Park to dance the night away.
Here's your cut out and keep guide to who's taking part….
Ally Dunn (consumer programme)
Height: 5f 4in
Dancing experience:School disco and country dancing lessons aged 6
Dancing hero: What? Ginger Rogers is the only dancer I've heard of
Odds of winning this competition: as good as finding a master carpenter in Ikea
Anna Bartlett (Bernie's producer)
Height: 5 foot 11 in 3 inch heels!
Dancing experience: Up to the age of 5 I did a bit of ballet - but my Dad called me a fairy elephant so I stopped!
Dancing hero: Anna Pavlova - she's called Anna AND had a dessert named after her - what more can I say!
Odds of winning this competition: Slim - but they don't call me Anna "competitive" Bartlett for nothing! I might have two left feet, I might even fall flat on my face, but if I'm rubbish I'll don an Ola-from-Strictly-style cat suit so my feet won't be noticed!
Annabel Amos
Height: 5'8"
Dancing experience: Nothing I would freely admit to
Dancing hero: Ricky Gervais
Odds of winning this competition: Just booked the sniper so I'll be quids in
Bernie Keith
Height: 5 ft 8 (or 9 if telling the truth makes me the shortest!)
Dancing experience: In front of the mirror when the Bee Gees are on
Dancing hero: Peter Gordano, Rudolf Nureyev, the Anchor cows
Odds of winning this competition: I've always been an each way man
Bob "light on his feet but not in a girly way" Walmsley
Height: 5' 8''
Dancing experience: I once held a door open for Wayne Sleep
Dancing hero: Brian Fantana and his world famous No Pants Dance
Odds of winning this competition: Dead Cert
Geoff 'Dazzler' Doyle
Height: 6 feet 3, I mean 5 feet 7
Dancing experience: No ballroom dancing to speak of although I do have a go with my young kids when the programme is on. As far as dancing to popular music (I think they call it) is concerned I have been known to do a bit of it at parties after a drink or two.
Dancing hero: John Travolta in Pulp Fiction
Odds of winning this competition: 33/1. A decent outside bet if I can do enough practice.
James ' throws girls round a dance floor' Burridge
Height: 6'2 and a bit
Dancing experience: V experienced, lessons at school, but my heyday was in France when I learned 21 different moves with three stunning Irish girls. Girls come near me at your peril and Geoff Doyle eat your heart out.
Dancing hero: None really - inspired by competition
Odds of winning this competition: Firm favourite - but rather terrified of being bossed about by a woman
Joe Pignatiello
Height: 6ft 4in
Dancing experience: Absolutely none, nothing at all, not even a little bit, not even the conga!
Dancing hero: David Brent from the office doing the lobster dance.
Odds of winning this competition: So bad that the bookies wouldn't even entertain it….!
John "Foot Crusher" Griff
Height: 5' 8"
Dancing experience: Zero - face for radio & body to match
Dancing hero: Ronan Keating - he can't dance either
Odds of winning this competition: Million to 1!
Johnnie Amos
Height: 5'10
Dancing experience: Managed to remain upright most of the time - have dabbled on occasion!
Dancing hero: Ian Waite - cos I know him.
Odds of winning this competition: 1-1 if I have a body transplant! If not 15-1
Jon Raitt
Height: 5'10ish
Dancing experience: 6 years modern, 3 years tap, European Open Salsa Champion 2005
Dancing hero: Geoff Doyle, or that dog who nearly won Britain's Got Talent
Odds of winning this competition: Dark horse
Jules - fancy toes - Morgan
Height: 5 ft 2
Dancing experience: Did Tap, Ballet and Modern as a kid. Gave up at 13 - kinda wishing I kept it up now.
Dancing hero: Gene Kelly/Fred Astaire
Odds of winning this competition: Don't care - as I long as I thrash Bernie Keith - he knows this.
Mark Dean
Height: 5"10
Dancing experience: Clubbing
Dancing hero: Nicholas Brothers
Odds of winning this competition: 16-1
Paul Gadsby
Height: 6'1"
Dancing experience: When Manchester United win, with a pint down the local.
Dancing hero: Madonna or Kylie, nice rears!
Odds of winning this competition: You're having a laugh!
