Joe Pignatiello

Born and Bred just over the border in Peterborough, Joe has spent most of his life in this part of the world.

After spells in commercial radio, Joe landed his first 'proper' job at BBC Radio Cambridgeshire, producing and presenting programmes, before moving to the Channel Islands.

Spending more than two years in Jersey, Joe presented the popular Breakfast show at BBC Radio Jersey which he describes as a unique experience in a beautiful place.

The call of home proved too strong though and Joe is now happy as larry here at BBC Radio Northampton.

Away from work, Joe's pride and joy is 'Sunshine', his bright yellow 1978 MGB GT. If not repairing it, he'll be driving around Northamptonshire's country lanes and back roads, trying to avoid corners due to lack of power steering!
