Is Tiger the next Tiger?

A young Northamptonshire golfer finished second when a county golf course staged a kids British Open Championship on Sunday, 25th June.

Tiger Adams from Wellingborough finished second in his age category.

The tournament was played at Whittlebury Park Golf Club, Northants with around 80 juniors from across the country playing for the Mark James Trophy.

Ages ranged from 5 to 15, and the event was over 18 holes. The event was part of the British Junior Golf Tour.

They will also play at Wellingborough Golf Club, Delapre, Overstone and Brampton Heath in Northants plus across the rest of the country.

Jon Raitt and Geoff Doyle spoke to the talented six-year-old and his father Steve following Tiger's second place success.
