A
Second World War Lancaster bomber flew over Eyebrook reservoir
near Corby in a flypast to remember the Dambuster's raid.
It was the 60th Anniversary of the mission - which destroyed
dams vital to the Nazi war effort.

The
Lancaster set out from RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire before
flying over Eyebrook Reservoir.

The
Lancaster made three passes over the Eyebrook Reservoir dam.
It was joined by a Hurricane fighter.
Shortly afterwards, two Tornados from 617 Squadron made a
single pass over the dam.
