Frog In Love is a musical play for five to eight
year olds, which creates a gently humorous animal world.
Frog and his friends Duck, Pig, Hare and Rabbit
have adventures, fall in love, fall out, learn about life - and
death - and begin to grow up.
Norwich's Tiebreak Theatre have adapted the captivating
tale from the renowned Frog books by Max Velthuijs.

"It's fantastic to get permission to use stories
that are widely read and loved by children throughout the world,"
said Tiebreak's Nicola Khandpur.
"To have the opportunity to take these stories
into schools in Norfolk and further afield is just a wonderful way
of linking with children."
Using a combination of music, song and colourful
design, Tiebreak hope to enthral children and parents alike when
the show hops into the Norwich Playhouse.
Tiebreak began life at the Norwich Arts Centre.
From specialising in performances for schools,
21 years later the company now tours all over England presenting
theatre to young people and families.

"In a number of cases we can be the first
opportunity for children to experience live performance, so it's
wonderful to bring them that little moment of magic," said
Nicola Khandpur.
In the play Frog feels like laughing, feels like
crying and feels like something is going 'thump thump' inside.
Frog in Love will be on
at the Norwich Playhouse on Friday 25 July at 3pm. The company will
also be performing Frog in Love and My Uncle Arly at the Edinburgh
Festival in August.
