With Jon Tickle up for eviction from the Big Brother
house for the second week running, the heat is on to keep Norfolk's
home-grown contestant in the show.
Phil Tickle, Jon's younger twin brother who says
Jon is 'the only one in the house with character' has given his
support to The Sun newspaper for their campaign to save Jon from
eviction.
We hope he stays in. It's not been the most exciting Big Brother
ever, but I just think he's brilliant. I think Jon Tickle could
win.

Speaking to Graham Barnard on BBC Radio Norfolk's
breakfast show, the TV editor for the Sun newspaper, Sara Nathan
said they didn't think anyone else was worth backing.
"There's no other option. There's nobody else
that you can back but Jon Tickle - he's hysterical.
"If you watch him [on Big Brother] as I have
been doing, talking about Pritt Stick butter and funny kinds of
toasters and about how to pick his perfect match romantically-wise.
"I think he said he could find his perfect
woman by going on The Generation Game! You just don't get that every
day!" she said.
Phil Tickle has admitted to BBCi that brother Jon
often says what he thinks and doesn't always think of the implications.
However, it doesn't appear to be harming his growing popularity.
Sara Nathan told the BBC's breakfast show: "People
in their droves are calling Jon 'Tickle Totty' - you've got girls
across England panting for this bloke!"

Housemate Justine is also up for eviction |
When asked if she thought Jon was likely to win,
Sara said that you could never predict what will happen.
"The bookies have got Justine as favourite
to go, but it could all turn, you never know.
"We hope he stays in. It's not been the most
exciting Big Brother ever, but I just think he's brilliant. I think
Jon Tickle could win."
