Having escaped eviction from the Big Brother house
last week, Jon Tickle has again been nominated by his housemates
for eviction on Friday.
Jon received six votes from fellow housemates,
while Justine received four. Nush and Gos are the only people in
the house not to have received any nominations this week.
William Hill make Justine 2/7 to be the next housemate
evicted in Big Brother with Jon 5/2 to go.
Jon doesn't really feel that he's in competition with the rest
of the house. He feels that he's in competition with Big Brother

With The Sun newspaper running a Save Our Jon campaign
will Jon hang on in there and keep Norwich
on the Big Brother map? Or will he be the second housemate to face
eviction?
Phil Tickle, Jon's younger twin brother has been
talking to BBCi's Rachel Binns about Jon's penchant for the letter
'p' and why he thinks he will win over the public.
What was your reaction to the news that Jon
had been nominated for eviction again?
I'm fine with it and I think Jon is fine with it
as well. He wanted to get on the show and he's done that.

I think some of the others are starting to play
the game and play each other off against each other and Jon's not
doing that.
So if he's not watching what he says in order to
look good then obviously he's an easy target.
Some of the housemates feel Jon is being negative.
Would you say that's true?
Jon doesn't really feel that he's in competition
with the rest of the house. He feels that he's in competition with
Big Brother and he's showing that by being negative towards Big
Brother. His comments aren't directed at other people, they're directed
at Big Brother itself.
Although he's been nominated by the housemates,
he seems to be getting more popular with the public.
One of Jon's strongest assets is that he makes and keeps a really
quite large group of very loyal friends.

Absolutely, Jon's the one in there with character.
He is an individual, he is unique and I think the public have picked
up on that. He's on the front page in one of the tabloids and the
breakfast shows are supporting him. I think he's gaining momentum!
In terms of how he is in the house, is he like
that in real life?
I think the house is a very different situation.
Jon is absolutely being himself. He says what he thinks and sometimes
he doesn't think of the full implications of what he's saying but
he speaks from the heart all the time. So we're seeing the real
Jon in there!
