Britannia Pier

Britannia Pier sits at the top of the Golden Mile, Great Yarmouth's pleasure parade and is home to thousands of visitors each year. At the start of the 1940s, the high spirits of tourists were replaced by a sombre mood as warplanes droned overhead.
