The latest photographs of BBC Radio Norfolk's presenter have been produced in partnership with the photography department at the Norwich School of Art and Design.

The radio station invited students at the art school to submit work for the project, from which the BBC and the school would select four photographers to be involved in the final commission.

After viewing the work of more than 20 students, four were chosen to work on the project, Richard Pickavance, Becci Janes, Michelle Bonfield and Wesley Duke.

The brief

The students were given a simple brief - to capture the personalities of the radio station's presenters - in an image that would be suitable for use in print, online and in other promotional outlets for the radio station.

The creative process included lots of idea for the shoot, but in the end - keeping it simple won the day. The end result is a collection of classic portraits with dramatic lighting, cropped in a contemporary way.

The final images can now be seen on this website, in promotional literature across Norfolk and in a gallery of work on the first floor of the BBC's premises at The Forum.

If you're coming to visit during one of our popular station tours, make sure to keep an eye out for them.
