Music lyrics - Cinematic Orchestra

Cinematic Orchestra - 'Breathe' [Ninja] Listen | Official site

Cinematic Orchestra The aptly-named Cinematic Orchestra (TCO) were formed by J. Swinscoe back in 1999.

For his first album “Motion” Swinscoe rallied a group of adventurous jazz players and delivered a debut that was voted album of the year by listeners to Gilles Peterson’s Radio One show.

His latest album "Ma Fleur," was written as the soundtrack to a specially commissioned screenplay for an imagined film (which may yet still be made). "Breathe" is the first single from this latest album, a contemporary requiem or spiritual featuring Fontella Bass, the singer behind the huge 60s hit (and Vietnam soldier's anthem) "Rescue Me".

Lyrics: Breathe

Oh that feelin's rising....... over me

Over everything, I used to be.

Oh, that song is singin, Singing in to me..

Slow and sweet

It carries me

Out to sea, and swallow's me..

Into the deep

And comfort's me....

Oh, it's all around me, it's all I can see

Even when I close my eyes, It's holdin' me

Oh, that weight is liftin', lifting of me....

Tenderly

It carries me

Out to sea, and swallow's me....

Into the deep

And comfort's me....

Oh that silence singin', singing to me...

Breathes in to me

Breath out through me....

Breathes in to me

Breath out through me....

Breathes in to me

Breath out through me....
