Top tips on how to avoid food cravings

Do you ever have a sudden urge to munch some biscuits or snack on some crisps? Do you start to feel peckish when under stress? Well, these are called food cravings and we all get them.

But eating lots of foods high in sugar and fat isn't great for our body.

So what do we do if you start to get hungry in between meals?

Newsround spoke to Sioned Quirke, who is a healthy eating expert, about the best ways we can avoid food cravings.
