87,000 children in England are homeless - that means they don't have anywhere permanent to live.
With just a few days until Christmas, some children say it's very hard to concentrate at school or see their friends when they're staying in temporary hostels or small hotels.
The figures for the past three months are the highest for five years.
Hayley went to meet one little girl, who's been homeless for 7 months.
