More people have been forced from the homes as more severe weather hits the UK over the weekend.
In Wales coastal areas were hit by gusts of wind up to 85mph and huge waves spilling inland.
Parts of western Scotland felt the worst of Saturday's weather too with roads and homes flooding.
The worst hit areas were the south-east, south-west and midlands in England.
The Environment Agency has three severe flood warnings, meaning danger to life, on the Severn estuary, near Gloucester.
