There are now just six months to go until the start of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland.

Organisers have launched a search for 3,000 adult volunteers to take part in the opening and closing ceremonies.

Also marking the build-up is the Queen's Baton Relay, with a baton travelling the globe to 70 nations and territories over 288 days.

BBC presenter Mark Beaumont has been following the baton on its journey. He's been talking to us from the Seychelles, a group of islands in the Indian Ocean.
