It's 60 years since the first ever BBC weather report was broadcast on TV.
George Cowling became the first TV weatherman when he presented a five-minute live broadcast on 11 January 1954.
Back then, there were no computers so the weather maps had to be drawn onto a board!
Now there are computers and satellite information to help predict the weather more easily.
Current BBC weather presenter Simon King tells Newsround how things have changed in the past 60 years.
