PM wants more social mobility

Leah talks to children about their aspirations

Prime Minister David Cameron says more needs to be done to get people from less wealthy backgrounds into top jobs.

He told reporters on a flight to India that there was "not as much social mobility as there needs to be."

Many people agree that people from poorer backgrounds and ethnic minorities struggle to get into the best jobs in Britain.

"Opening the door and saying 'we are in favour of equality of opportunity', that's not enough," he said.
