Tiger birth at London Zoo caught on hidden camera

Help

Hidden cameras have captured the birth of a tiger cub at ZSL London Zoo.

Five-year-old Sumatran tiger Melati gave birth to her cub on Sunday evening after a pregnancy that lasted 105 days.

It's the first tiger cub to be born at ZSL London Zoo in 17 years.

Zookeepers don't yet know whether the cub is a boy or a girl and it will be a few weeks until Melati and the zoo are ready to show the newborn to the public.
