Syrian children as young as four working on farms

See what life is like for the refugees

Syrian refugees as young as four years old are working in fields in Lebanon to support their families.

Over one million children have fled the conflict in Syria and escaped to neighbouring countries.

But they must work long hours doing hard labour just to earn enough money to stay alive.

BBC reporter Lyse Doucet sent us her report from Lebanon.
